Your family's story matters. During your 90-minute Family Discovery & Success Planning Session, we'll get to know your strengths, challenges, parenting style, and goals. Together, we'll create a personalized Family Success Plan so you can move forward with confidence.
Meet the Founder
The Heart Behind EFN
As a parent, grandparent, and mother of a childhood cancer survivor, I understand that raising a family comes with incredible moments of joy, unexpected challenges, and plenty of “figuring it out as we go” moments. Those experiences have shaped the way I support families — with compassion, empathy, and the understanding that no two families (or parenting days) look exactly the same.
With more than 15 years of experience in pediatric health care, family wellness, and family advocacy, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work with families. Through the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program®, I provide evidence-based strategies that help families strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
I believe parents are already doing more than they often realize. My role is not to add another impossible item to the parenting checklist, but to meet families where they are, build on their strengths, and provide practical support for the moments when parenting feels rewarding, challenging, and everything in between.

Step 2: Attend Your Family Discovery & Success Planning Session (90 minutes)
This is where insight meets encouragement. Through three research-backed tools, we'll discover what's already working in your family, explore opportunities for growth, and better understand your parenting style. There's no grading, no right or wrong answers—just a personalized Family Success Plan created together.
Step 3: Begin Your Family Support Journey
Up to 10 individualized sessions tailored to your family's specific goals and starting point.
Your journey begins where it makes the most sense for your family — guided entirely by your Family Success Plan.
